About the Image Color Changer Online by Websolindia

Re-colour photos and graphics without a desktop editor. Shift the hue, boost or mute saturation, tweak brightness and contrast, apply a quick look, or replace one specific colour, such as a red logo turning blue. It is a free tool from Websolindia, a New Delhi website design and SEO company that builds fast, image-optimised websites.

Unlike most online image tools, this one does not upload your pictures. Your browser decodes each image, applies the edit with our own pixel code and shows a live preview before you download. You can process up to 30 images at a time and download them one by one or together as a ZIP.

Once your image is ready, you may also want the Make Image Background Transparent, the Change Image Background Color or the Blur Image Online. All of our free image tools are listed in the Image Editing Tools Online collection and the Websolindia Image Converter.

When to Use the Image Color Changer

  • Changing the colour of a product, logo or icon to match a brand.
  • Turning photos black and white or giving them a warm or faded look.
  • Fixing images that are too dark, flat or oversaturated.
  • Making colour variants of the same graphic quickly.

What to Watch For

  • Replacing a colour shifts every shade near it by the same amount, so shading and texture are kept; it works best on fairly flat, distinct colours.
  • Raising the 'how close' tolerance too far can recolour neighbouring areas.
  • Extreme contrast or brightness can clip highlights and shadows.
  • JPG output is re-compressed; use PNG if you need to keep every pixel.

How We Process Your Images — Our Method

This is exactly what happens to your image, with no hidden step. You can check that nothing is uploaded by watching your browser's network tab while you use the tool.

3. Apply a lookBlack and white uses luma; sepia uses the classic sepia matrix; invert uses 255 − value.

Image Color Changer Online — Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change one colour in an image?

Tick 'Replace one colour', click the colour in the original image (or pick it), choose the new colour, and adjust how close shades must be. The preview updates live.

Why does my replaced colour look flat or uneven?

Shades near the colour are shifted by the same amount to keep shading, so very flat, distinct colours give the cleanest result. Raise or lower the tolerance.

How do I make a photo black and white?

Choose the 'Black & white' quick look.

What does the hue slider do?

It rotates all colours around the colour wheel, so reds become greens, blues become oranges and so on, depending on the angle.

Can I change the colour of a logo?

Yes, either shift its hue or replace its exact colour. For transparent logos, save as PNG.

Can I undo changes?

Your original is never changed. Set the sliders back or press Clear all and start again.

Is the Image Color Changer Online free to use?

Yes. It is free, needs no sign-up, adds no watermark and has no daily limit. It is provided by Websolindia.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Your images are read and processed inside your browser on your own device. They are never sent to Websolindia or anyone else, which is why the tool is safe for private photos.

Does the tool keep EXIF and location data?

No. New files are created from the pixels, so camera details, GPS location and other embedded metadata are not copied. Keep your originals if you need that information.

How many images and how large can they be?

Up to 30 images per batch and 150 MB per image. Images above roughly 120 megapixels are declined with a clear message rather than freezing your browser.

Which browsers and devices does it work on?

Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on computers, phones and tablets. Large images and AI or AVIF features run faster on a computer.
