2. Project Payments

Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on defined milestones or on completion, as agreed in the project proposal.
Once paid, advances are non-refundable except where explicitly agreed in writing.
Delayed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until the outstanding amount is cleared.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access (domain, hosting, third-party accounts) required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing inputs from your side may extend the agreed timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website/design transfers to you, except for third-party assets (stock photos, licensed plugins, fonts) which remain subject to their own licenses. Websolindia retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer

Search engine rankings are determined by Google and other search engines, and no agency — including Websolindia — can guarantee a specific ranking position or a specific increase in traffic or leads. We commit to a documented strategy, transparent execution, and honest reporting, but results depend on factors outside our direct control, including market competition and algorithm changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Websolindia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
