This Payment Policy applies to payments made to Websolindia for website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services, whether via our online payment page or bank transfer.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Online payment via PayPal (credit/debit card or PayPal balance), in USD.
Direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) for clients paying in INR — bank details are shared on request.

2. Payment Schedule

Project payments are typically structured as an advance (usually 50%) before work begins, with the remaining balance due on agreed milestones or on project completion. The exact schedule is confirmed in writing for each project.

3. Refunds

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where Websolindia is unable to deliver the agreed scope, in which case a partial refund proportional to undelivered work may be issued at our discretion.
Monthly retainer fees (SEO, digital marketing, social media) for a given month are non-refundable once that month's work has begun.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Late Payments

Outstanding milestone payments may result in a pause on ongoing project work until payment is received. Late payments beyond 15 days from the due date may attract a delay in project delivery timelines.

5. Invoicing

An invoice is issued for every payment received. If you need an invoice for a completed payment, email info.websolindia@gmail.com with your payment confirmation.

6. Currency & Taxes

Online payments via PayPal are processed in USD. Applicable taxes (such as GST, where applicable) are communicated separately for domestic Indian clients paying via bank transfer.
